Policy & Payments
Tuition:
Lessons are billed monthly, due by the first lesson of the month.
I charge a flat rate of $165/mo. for 30 minute sessions.
Missed Lessons:
If you are unable to make it to your lesson for any reason, you will still be charged for those weeks. I am unable to offer makeups or reschedule lessons.
I don’t charge for the 5th week(it occurs about every 3 months for each weekday), so you either get a free lesson every few months or that counts towards any missed lessons. It’s not really reasonable to expect you to always be able to make lessons, so this makes for a buffer.
If I have to cancel a lesson for whatever reason, you will not be charged for those weeks. I will either credit the fee back($40/week) the following month or issue a refund if you won’t be continuing.
Observed Holidays:
Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
I will be observing these major holidays and taking those days off without any adjustment to the flat monthly rate.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made in person with cash or check, or we can do Venmo or Zelle(925-285-7541)
I can also email you an invoice via Square which can be paid by card.
